Content takedown requests

The service complies with legal norms and regulations, as well as the interests of users and society. If you have any complaints about user content published on the platform, please review this information, along with the Questions and Terms of Service, before submitting a content takedown request. You can do so via the Contact form provided below.

Any individual submitting a content removal application ("Application") is required to ensure its accuracy, readability, and comprehensiveness. The application must include the following information:

Full name of the applicant, personal identification number, position, and organization.

Contact information: Phone number, email address, and physical address.

Links to the problematic content and at least one reference URL where the content is publicly accessible.

Description of the issue, specifying the violation.

In cases of copyright infringement, provide a document confirming your copyright ownership of the content or authorization to represent the copyright.

A written confirmation that you will cover any losses incurred by the service and/or the user who shared the content.

Your application serves as an acknowledgment that you accept any claims made by users regarding the removal of this content. We aim to process applications as quickly as possible (typically within a few days), but it may take up to 10 working days. ONLY FULLY COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED, and only if it’s evident that the applicant has reviewed the file contents.
